CADETS RECOGNIZE CROSSFIT PROGRAM
Cadets from the University of Alabama Ranger Challenge Team presented a certificate of appreciation to Clay Jones and Jake King of Crossfit RTR this past Monday (26 APR 15). Clay and Jake have been instrumental in helping develop the team's raw strength and range of motion the past few months. Through an exercise schedule involving Crossfit's signature workout techniques, cadets of the Ranger Challenge team were able to improve their olympic weight lifting capacity in multiple exercises. In addition to physical improvement, valuable knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science was learned from the team's time at Crossfit RTR. This knowledge will be used to improve Ranger Challenge PT performance during the coming fall semester and better prepare the team for next year's competition. Thanks again guys!

Cadets of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide Battalion participated in the annual flag football game against neighboring cadets of Air Force ROTC this past Friday (24APR 15). Although the Army ROTC team was not victorious, both teams played well and the mutual respect between teams was felt by all.
